Could you lend it to me?

Hi there,

I’ve been trying to write a letter for a few weeks now, but I haven’t been able to get into the habit of writing it every day. I know that it’s not good for me to put things off, so I want to ask you if you would lend me your laptop for a while so that I can use it to write my letter each day.

I’ll be very careful with it and give it back as soon as possible — usually around 6 p.m., when my family gets home from work or school. I promise not to let anyone else borrow it!

Thanks in advance for your help — I hope we can be friends!

Section: I would be happy to lend you my laptop for the next couple of hours if it helps you complete your project.

In case this is not convenient for you, please let me know what time works best for you.

You see, my laptop is pretty old and it’s not running too well right now.

You see, my laptop is pretty old and it’s not running too well right now.

I’m sorry to hear that. I have been having some problems with my laptop as well. It’s just a little slow recently, but it’s not like it can’t do anything anymore. Is there a particular application that you’re having trouble with?

I have no idea what’s wrong with it. It just can’t run any of the programs I need to use for work or school lately. I’ve been using this computer for years and never had any issues until now.

It’s funny that you mention that because this happened to me too! My laptop has been acting up lately too, and it seems like every time I try to open up an application or web page, it takes forever for them to load up on screen.

I know what you mean! It’s really frustrating when you’re trying to get something done quickly and your computer keeps freezing up on you or taking forever to load something up on screen!

Yeah, exactly! It’s almost like the computer is possessed or something because as soon as I turn it on in the morning and try to start working, everything starts going haywire!

You see, my laptop is pretty old and it’s not running too well right now.

I know that you have a laptop. And I’m sure it’s much better than mine.

I need to borrow it for a week or so, just until my laptop gets fixed.

I can’t afford to buy a new one right now, and I don’t want to be without one for a couple of weeks.

You see, my laptop is pretty old and it’s not running too well right now. The battery doesn’t work, so I have to plug it in all the time (which isn’t great for my office). It also tends to overheat after about an hour or so of use. The screen is getting blurry and hard to read too. And the mousepad doesn’t always work properly either (it’s like playing whack-a-mole with your finger).

It would be great if you could lend me your laptop until mine gets fixed — no strings attached!

Well, good thing you came to me! Here are some places where you can find a used laptop that won’t cost an arm and a leg:

Craigslist

eBay

Amazon Marketplace

Facebook Marketplace

This is why I’m looking for a new one.

I’ve been using a laptop for work since I was in college and it’s getting pretty old. It’s not that it’s broken or anything, but it’s slow and I need to use it more than my desktop. So I’m looking for a new laptop that will be powerful enough for me to do all my work on and not run into any problems.

What kind of features are most important?

The biggest thing for me is battery life; I don’t want to have to constantly plug in my laptop so I need something with great battery life. Also, if possible, I would like something that has an HDMI port so I can connect it to my TV at home, which is going to be great for watching Netflix or Hulu when I’m relaxing on the couch after work!

It’s just that my budget isn’t very big and I don’t know if I’ll be able to buy one on my own.

I have a laptop, but it needs to be repaired. It’s just that my budget isn’t very big and I don’t know if I’ll be able to buy one on my own.

The problem is, I’m not sure if there are any other options available. I don’t want to take out any loans or get a credit card to buy a new laptop because I don’t want to get into more debt than I already am.

I hope you can help me find an affordable way of getting my laptop fixed so that I can continue using it for school and work purposes.

So if you have a spare laptop lying around or know someone who does, please let me know!

I’m desperate to get into a coding Bootcamp, but I don’t have the money to buy a laptop. Does anyone have a spare MacBook they’d be willing to lend me?

I’m looking for a laptop that is:

-fairly recent (2015 or later)

-has a retina display (I know it’s not a necessity, but it would be nice)

-good battery life

-reasonably lightweight (I live in San Francisco and walk everywhere, so I’d like the option of carrying it around)

That’ll make things so much easier. Thanks again! I promise to bring it back safely

Thanks for offering to lend me your laptop. I’ll pay you back as soon as I can.

I really appreciate it! It’ll make things so much easier.

That’s why I need the laptop for my work. It’s important that I keep my work files separate from my personal files, and that I have access to both of them. If you want to use it for anything else, it should be fine to install whatever you like on it, but please don’t change any settings or delete any programs that are already installed.

The only other thing is that I’ll need it back by Friday morning. Can we schedule a time now?

Thanks again!

I love helping people.

I love helping people. I love being able to help someone out when they need it. I love being there when someone needs me. I really love helping people, especially friends in need.

One of the great things about living in a city is that you get to meet a lot of different people and you get to help them out with their problems and sometimes those problems are how they can’t work on a presentation or write a paper or do whatever they need to do because they don’t have the right tools for it. This is where I come in.

I’m always willing to offer up my laptop for a few hours so that someone can work on what they need to work on for a class or for whatever reason. It’s not too big of a deal, at least not big enough that I think twice about lending it out and the other thing is that pretty much every time I lend out my laptop, it comes back and this isn’t something that happens with all my friends but it happens with some of them which is still pretty good considering the number of times I’ve lent out my laptop in total which is somewhere between 8 and 10 times depending on who you ask and why you’re asking but either way, it comes back more often than
